1 2nd order low-pass Bessel. Ca. 1% output ripple (0-100 Hz range) at 50 Hz. Other cut-off frequencies can be delivered if required.
2 Lower input levels available on request (down to 50 mV)

Accuracy class D is available on request.

Note

The module processes both unipolar and bipolar impulses or frequency signals of almost any form. In standard modules the frequency signal is AC-coupled. For symmetrical signals (duty cycle 50%), the trigger level is automatically at the mid-point. If required, DC-coupling can also be supplied for very asymmetrical signals (e.g., needle pulses). In this case, the trigger level is always positive (between 50 mV and 3 V).

Supply voltage: 24 V (21-30 V), unipolar

Current requirement, no load, ca. 10 mA. Min. output voltage unipolar ca. 20 mV.

Temperature range °C °F
recommended 0/60 32/140
operable -20/90 -4/194

Range

The measurement range is selected via DIL-switches. The ranges shown in the table are precisely calibrated to within 0.1%. Intermediate ranges can be defined using the gain potentiometer. Standard outputs: 0-10 V, 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA. Input signal (AC-coupling) min. 1 V, smaller values available on request.

Options

  • DC-DC converter (contained within the module) for galvanic isolation of 24 V supply, test voltage 0.7 kV or 3 kV.
  • Adjustable limit switch GW1 (contained within the module), for monitoring, control.
  • Other dimensions (range, input, output, dynamic response).
